About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team and drive the success of our client’s Identity Integration Platform as a Service (PaaS). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Identity Management and/or HR platform integration, with the ability to analyze, implement, and integrate the platform with various identity systems and tools used by our clients.

This is a high-growth opportunity where you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Documentation, and Quality Assurance to deliver cutting-edge solutions for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical services throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and prepare comprehensive design and documentation processes.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions and develop whitepapers to support both internal teams and clients.
  • Assist with onboarding and support throughout all phases of the project, from initiation to closure.
  • Continuously enhance existing documentation and processes to drive long-term customer success.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of IT enterprise experience with expertise in Identity Governance, Identity Management, HR platforms, or HR iPaaS.
  • Experience in SaaS product companies is highly valued.
  • Expertise in IGA tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint IIQ, IBM Security IGI, Oracle Identity Governance, or PingDataGovernance.
  • Knowledge of IDM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, IBM Security Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Auth0, OneLogin, Ping Identity, SecureAuth, or CA Identity Minder.
  • Familiarity with HCM systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, DayForce, Workday, and custom connector implementation knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of SCIM for IDM/IGA products, as well as authorization protocols like OAuth and SAML.
  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, Webservices, JWT, JSON, and REST.
  • Experience in file-based and API-based integration, as well as middleware technologies like IBM Integration Bus, Mulesoft, or TIBCO, is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn new technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Open to working US hours from our office in Costa Rica.
