About the Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using Salesforce platform technologies. Your role will involve creating and maintaining Salesforce applications, ensuring they deliver high performance, scalability, and security. We prize proactive problem-solving and innovation to not just meet but exceed client expectations.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1 preferred).
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science/information systems or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in IT, specializing in data management, analytics, or data reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web, LWC, Aura, Apex Classes, Triggers, REST Integrations, and Mulesoft.
- Proven experience in designing Salesforce solutions with best practices.
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience & Lightning Components implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and SF Services or SF Experience Cloud.
- Integration expertise using REST/SOAP.
- Proficient understanding of Git and version control.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience and exposure to US health care and Life science.
- Exposure working with US Clients.
- Experience working in Enterprise implementations.
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ.
- Familiarity with Gearset or similar deployment tools.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, web services, Google APIs, JQuery, or any other JavaScript framework.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Certified Platform Developer II.
