Senior Operations Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Analyst to optimize our sales operations, focusing on renewal processes and sales documentation compliance. This role is central to driving operational efficiency and aligning our processes with company standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Renewal Process Management: Oversee the entire renewal process to ensure timely and accurate contract renewals, aiming to maximize retention.
• Compliance Oversight: Review sales quotes and orders for compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Data Management & Analysis: Use Salesforce and Excel to analyze and maintain sales data, ensuring accuracy.
• Dashboard Development: Create and manage Salesforce dashboards for key sales metrics, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align operations with company goals.
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly across all levels, supporting seamless internal and customer interactions.
• Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensure precision in data handling, document review, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Salesforce and Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in data management and analytics (CRM).
• Experience: 5+ years in commercial or sales operations, renewals, or a related field within SaaS/B2B.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication: Skilled in clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate across functions.
• Self-Starter: Proactive, independent, and efficient in managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
