Our Group is expanding, and we’re looking for an Senior Corporate Lawyer (Onboarding Specialist)to lead and oversee the client onboarding process with a focus on ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. This position requires fluent English, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to manage processes efficiently across multiple stakeholders.

The responsibilities include managing the onboarding process from start to finish, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and local teams, and ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed to a high standard. This role will also contribute to process improvement, policy creation, and support for Account Management and Business Development efforts.

The Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in setting up clients for long-term success and maintaining the reputation of our organization as a provider of exceptional services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kickoff calls with new clients to initiate the onboarding process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and local teams throughout onboarding.
  • Manage client onboarding and communication using ClientHub until the account is transitioned to an Account Manager.
  • Provide timely updates on service delivery status using agreed-upon reporting mechanisms.
  • Conduct quality control on services delivered to ensure high standards of execution.
  • Support the Client’s commercial management efforts as directed by the Business Development team.
  • Understand and build onboarding processes and requirements for all services provided by BLH.
  • Develop onboarding department policies, defining roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare templates and databases to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Create and present internal and external reports related to onboarding.
  • Escalate delays and required actions as per internal procedures.
  • Assist the Account Management and Business Development teams with tasks related to their roles.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with teams across the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements – Essential

  • Fluent English (minimum C1 Level).
  • Law degree within Latin America (or equivalent business experience)
  • Corporate Law experience (minimum 4 years)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex processes and create clear solutions.
  • Experience managing client-facing processes or projects.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Stable professional work history.

Requirements – Desirable

  • Experience with client onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and task management platforms.
  • Familiarity with corporate services in Latin America.
  • Background in accounting, tax, or legal services.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple Latin American countries.
