Biz Latin Hub is expanding, and we’re looking for an Online Marketing Coordinator to join the corporate team in Bogota, Colombia / Panama City, Panama. This role will lead a small marketing team and will be focused on the preparation and maintenance of SEO optimized content to maximize the quantity and quality of in-bound leads.To be successful in this role, you will have a very high level of English, have experience with preparing SEO optimized website content, have an understanding of organic SEO principles, have design experience / skills, be hardworking, extremely proactive, and a great communicator. In addition to coordinating the functions of the team you will be responsible to prepare the content work plan, track progress, ensure quality control of content published and be able to design supporting graphics and other audiovisual material – So you must be a hands-on leader!

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • 4+ years of professional working experience
  • Degree Qualified
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Have previous online marketing experience
  • Understand the principles of organic SEO
  • Experience with WordPress is essential.
  • Experience with Google Analytics / Google Console is Essential
  • Design experience with Canva, Illustrator or similar software
  • Exceptional work-ethic
  • Stable work history
  • Confident, outgoing and able to build relationships
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily work activities
  • Similar or comparable experience

Desired Requirements

  • Experience with legal and/or accounting services
  • Experience with SEMRush, Majestic, Moz or similar SEO tools
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate online marketing activities within the group
  • Plan, manage, control and track blog content production.
  • Take ownership of the company website and proactively suggest improvements to optimize conversions and improve user experience.
  • Ensure Google Business is kept up to date, and actively get new client reviews.
  • Ensure an active social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Create audiovisual content as needed, which include customized graphics and informational videos.
  • Support the broader team with other administrative and marketing activities
  • Other tasks as needed
