Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Manager to join our dynamic team. The Legal Manager
will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients, managing the company’s legal matters, and
ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication and organizational
skills, and the ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity to join

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation to ensure quality and prompt service delivery
• Represent the company at a senior level and be the face of the company in Colombia
• Act as a Legal Representative of Biz Latin Hub
• Lead and manage the legal local legal team
• Ensure the delivery of client services (quality control)
• Ensures office efficiency, focus, and priority of work
• Maintains good relationships with clients, coworkers, and corporate departments
• Maintains office standards and discipline

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Bilingual – English C1 or more
• At least 6 years of relevant experience working in corporate law
• Experience in managing teams of lawyers
• Knowledge and experience working with government and private entities, including chambers of commerce.
• superintendencies, notaries, ministries, and DIAN, among others
