Junior Lawyer
Join Our Growing Team in Mexico City!
Our Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a Jr. Lawyer to join our team in Mexico City. This client-facing role requires fluent English, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.
As a Jr. Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and guidance, managing legal matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a drive to grow professionally while handling tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned legal tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Provide timely and efficient legal advice to achieve desired outcomes.
- Draft and review legal documents and proposals for clients and local authorities.
- Coordinate with translators, notaries, and other stakeholders to complete procedures with organizations like RNIE, IMSS, SAT, and INM.
- Ensure proper company formation and compliance with local regulations.
- Draft, review, and adjust civil, labor, and commercial contracts, as well as other required materials.
- Perform duties with the highest levels of care, diligence, and professionalism.
- Clearly and logically communicate concepts to the legal team.
- Support the management and legal team with additional tasks as needed.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (professional license preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, including expertise in company formation, drafting bylaws, POAs, RUAs, and handling shareholder meetings.
- Advanced to fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience in incorporating companies with foreign shareholders.
- Proactive and motivated to learn and grow professionally.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
