Junior Lawyer

Our group is expanding, and we are looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer based in Santiago, Chile. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our back-office services team for our Chile office. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and review of legal, banking, and regulatory filing documents, provide administrative support, and assist on a wide variety of compliance projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal records for our clients. Fluency in English is required, and the position will be based on a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in corporate law, particularly in assisting with the incorporation of entities in Chile, including those with foreign shareholders. Additionally, basic knowledge of reviewing and drafting commercial contracts is expected. Familiarity with local authorities and solid communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Mandatory requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law.

2. Minim of 1 years of experience in corporate law or a related legal field.

3. Fluency in English

4. Experience in Corporate Law

5. Strong organizational and administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Keen interest in international business, accounting and Finances.

Desired requirements

1.Experience in Labor Law

2. Experience in Taxation Law.

3. Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finances.

2. Familiarity with the Commercial Registry and Tax Authority Service systems.

3. Familiarity with legal document management systems and regulatory filing procedures.
