Junior Corporate Lawyer

About the Role

As a Junior Lawyer, you’ll be an integral part of our Business Development Team, contributing to the growth of the company by supporting our clients’ legal and operational needs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth onboarding, solving challenges, and delivering excellent service to our clients across Latin America and the Caribbean.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Business Development Team: Prepare service proposals for legal services and Employer of Record (PEO/EOR) contracts for various countries in LATAM.
• Stay Updated: Monitor industry news, regulations, and market trends in Latin America.
• CRM Management: Update and manage Hubspot/CRM templates, proposals, and client status.
• Client Support: Assist the Account Management team in preparing contractual annexes and drafting documents for onboarding and transfer processes.
• Document Optimization: Maintain and update email templates, proposals, contracts, and country-specific price sheets.
• Foster Relationships: Build strong partnerships with providers and collaborators across LATAM and the Caribbean.
• Team Collaboration: Attend daily meetings and assist the team with system improvements, annex updates, and contract adjustments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Fluent in English (C1 Minimum).
• 1-5 years of experience in Corporate Law.
• Highly organized with a strong desire to learn.
