Group Credit Controller
Our Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a Group Credit Controller to join the team based in Bogotá, Colombia.
The Group Credit Controller will oversee the company’s credit control processes, ensure timely collections, mitigate exposure to risk, and work closely with internal teams to optimize cash flow. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in credit management across multiple entities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain and build relationships with key clients (both internal and external).
Position Requeriments
- Fluent English
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably in a group or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes, risk management, and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or credit management.
Desired:
- Proficiency in specialized billing and collection software.
- Control of aged credit portfolios.
- Knowledge of automatic accounts receivable tracking applications with early alerts.
